Horrible service and a great place to take your boat if you don’t want it all summer long! I dropped my boat off the weekend of July 21st and just now got it back today October 7. They told me it would take two weeks to diagnose the problem with the motor and it would be $45. I called them after almost 4 weeks and I was told that I need to understand this is the busy season and they haven’t gotten to my boat yet. I continued to wait and then after almost 1.5 months and not hearing anything I called them again to see what was going on, they told me that the carb needed cleaned in one motor and they other needed a couple sensors. They told me it was $250 for the cleaning of the carb and it would be a total of $850 for everything. They were only suppose to diagnose the problem not work on it without my permission. I told them to fix it since there was nothing I could do since they already skipped the $45 diagnosis charge and racked my bill to $850. Weeks go buy and I called to see when it will be done, and they were waiting on a diaphragm. Well weeks go by again and still don’t hear anything so I call and get no answer(this was on a Monday) I don’t get a phone call back until Thursday stating they were out of the office. Asked them when they would have my boat done and they said “I wouldn’t see why wouldn’t have it done next weekend.” Called earlier this week to make sure it would be done today and thank god it was. I get there and they told me that the diaphragm I was waiting on is no longer a part that is available. So we couldn’t have called weeks ago to let me know this?! Horrible service and will never take my boat back.

We had 2 trailer tires blow out well after hours and Paul and his crew helped us out with 4 new tires and mounted them on the trailer....AFTER HOURS! Can't thank them enough for helping us get to Casper for the eclipse.
We rented from them during the insanity of the eclipse weekend and they were great. Super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the boat! Will definitely be coming back to them next family trip to Glendo.
Everyone there is friendly and always very helpful. They go out of their way to help solve your problems. Love their new building. They don't raise rates or prices just because its summer.
